The Lymphatic System

The lymphatic system plays an essential role in the maintenance of health and the prevention of disease. This complex network of vessels, nodes and organs serves as the backbone for the body's drainage system, facilitating the removal of toxins, waste and other unwanted materials.

It transports lymph, a fluid containing lymphocytes and other white blood cells crucial for immune function, throughout the body. Despite its critical functions, the lymphatic system is often overlooked.

Fox Face Gua Sha for Submental Lymph Nodes

Submental nodes (under chin nodes) are more difficult to reach and over time can become congested, leading to bloating, the look of a "double" chin and a "puffy" face shape especially as we age.

The Fox Face Gua Sha was designed to focus on lymph nodes that are typically neglected and with regular practice, enhances circulation, releases tension and de-puffs the natural contours of the face without any invasiveness.

Note the hook under the chin - these are where your submental lymph nodes are. During first use, they may feel a little sore (these are usually not drained before) but after regular use, it’ll be more comfortable as the nodes are stimulated to flow better. You’ll notice less chin bloating over time, and a more refined face shape overall - cheekbones, chin, eye area and jawline.
In the video, no oil or serum is being used - fine matte glazed porcelain is smooth enough to glide over skin and even make up; simply wipe clean after.

The versatility of the gua sha means you can bring it with you in the included bag and use anywhere for a few minutes of mindfulness and massage during the day.

Keep blinking and scraping to the tip of hairline
