Once I open my skincare, how long will it last?
All Snow Fox products don't use synthetic preservatives, meaning that the scent and colour of your skincare might change approximately 3 months after opening. This is a harmless, natural process and you can still use the product, however we suggest finishing them in your routine with daily use within 3 months of opening to make the most of the active ingredients in the formula.
What skin types are Snow Fox Skincare products suitable for?
Our products are appropriate for all skin types, especially sensitive skin. For best results, select your favourite products by your skin type and needs. Be sure to check the ingredients list if you are allergic to any type of natural plant oils or herbs as our formulas are considered potent.
Where does Snow Fox Skincare ship?
We ship worldwide :) - except for Hong Kong, as we have an exclusive retailer with their own website and 9 retail stores across the region for your convenience. For Hong Kong, please click HERE to order.
Why are some of my products shipping from the US and others from Hong Kong?
Snow Fox has two main logistics warehouses, in Hong Kong (Asia) and in Brooklyn, (USA). When certain stocks are low or depending on your mailing region, we will select the quickest warehouse to ship from to ensure you get your order on time! Due to previously long waitlists, we now take extra care to sort out our stock arrangements so do reach out to us if your order takes longer than 2 weeks.
How long does shipping usually take?
For most countries shipping takes anywhere from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your local post and customs authorities.
My shipment says it's arrived, but I haven't received it!
Sorry about that! Please reach out to us as soon as you can via email@example.com. We can update you immediately as sometimes your local customs may keep it for review before releasing your package, or simply your local post couldn't find someone at home to sign off that day.
I accidentally typed the wrong address! How do I edit it?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll fix that for you. No worries!

How do I place a return or exchange?
Here at Snow Fox we have an extremely strict hygiene and safety policy, so we do not accept physical return or exchange of products, but we do offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
What is the 30 day Snow Fox satisfaction guarantee?
If you are unhappy with any of your items, we're happy to offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Credit card refunds usually take 2-3 weeks to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
