For Scalp Revitalization: Spray serum onto clean, dry scalp, massage in and leave on overnight. Use once to twice a week to support thick and healthy hair, minimize dandruff and dryness.

For best results with Gua Sha Brush, sweep across the scalp twice daily while brushing clean, dry hair. Apply gentle to medium pressure depending on preference. Sweep from the front of the hairline backwards in a pulling motion while brushing hair, ensuring to make contact with the scalp during hair brushing to activate massage function.

To finish routine, fit sheet mask over clean, dry face. Use a facial roller on top of sheet mask to speed up absorption time and amplify benefits, and remove sheet mask after 10 minutes (leave for 20 minutes if not using facial roller.

How long will it take to get results?

Individual results vary, however, most would start seeing new baby hairs sprout after 3-4 months of daily use. For best results, use the brush to stimulate the scalp while using the Tetrapeptide & Ginseng Hair and Scalp Serum.

Why is there a little hole in the middle of my brush?

It may look strange, but the hole in the brush cushion (not a missing bristle) is a pinhole that allows air to flow through (and allows the rubber to press downwards). If air is trapped inside the brush, it can't maintain elasticity during brushing. The pinhole is made by our artists burning a pin through the rubber by hand and is part of how old traditional handmade brushes are created.

Can I use this brush everyday?

Yes! It’s actually best used daily, as it can really repair and nourish dry strands throughout the day. Pair with the Tetrapeptide & Ginseng Hair and Scalp Serum for best results over time.

Can I use this brush on other parts of my body?

Yes, you can scrape from the top of your scalp all the way down the nape of your neck to your shoulders for a soothing massage. Please do not use it on the face and avoid the eye area at all times.

How do I clean this brush?

Do not rinse under running water. Wipe gently with the included chemical-free cleaning cloth (or a damp cotton facial cloth). Please do not use non-Snow Fox polishing cloths as these contain chemicals that may react with the gold plating. There is also an add-on Gua Sha Brush Cleaning Kit that can help with stray hairs and dirt build up.

Will the needles lose their lustre?

Over time, as with any other gold-plated products, the gold will slowly wear off. Gold is a softer metal; and with daily use it is normal to find some discoloration of the needles. This doesn't affect product use or quality at all, as the needles are blend of steel and 24K gold plating.

Why is this brush so expensive?

Every part of this brush was made by hand, by a traditional brushmaker specializing in crafting each component. For example, the rubber is sourced raw from premium rubber trees, hand mixed, poured and set before being cut into oval bases for pinning. The needles are made from a proprietary blend that belongs to one single family - who has been creating their signature long brush needles for generations.

I have some scarring and blemishes from breaking out. Does this help?

Yes! To increase the intensity of the hot stone facial experience and its results, wash face with the Cooling Foam Cleanser, dry and then apply this mask. Warm up with a gua sha and press the flat sides on top of the sheet mask, focusing on troubled areas. After 20 minutes, peel off mask and wash off excess serum. Dry skin and follow up with the True Luminosity Serum. Apply the True Luminosity Serum morning and night for a minimum of three weeks daily, on conjunction with the Hot Stone Facial Mask 3 times a week for quickly visible results!

What skin types can benefit the most with this mask?

This mask is suitable for all skin types, and especially suitable for those with oily skin, enlarged pores, pigmentation, scarring, redness and active blemishes.

If I have dry skin, can I use this?

Yes, if you have dry skin but are concerned about pigmentation, pores and redness, this mask is still suitable. However, if your skin starts to show signs of irritation (unusual burning, redness, soreness), take the mask off immediately and rinse thoroughly with cold water. Is this sheet mask safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?

As this contains a highly active serum, we do not suggest it for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding in case of skin sensitivity.
