How long will it take to get results?
Individual results vary, however, most would start seeing new baby hairs sprout after 3-4 months of daily use. For best results, use the brush to stimulate the scalp while using the Tetrapeptide & Ginseng Hair and Scalp Serum.
Why is there a little hole in the middle of my brush?
It may look strange, but the hole in the brush cushion (not a missing bristle) is a pinhole that allows air to flow through (and allows the rubber to press downwards). If air is trapped inside the brush, it can't maintain elasticity during brushing. The pinhole is made by our artists burning a pin through the rubber by hand and is part of how old traditional handmade brushes are created.
Can I use this brush everyday?
Yes! It’s actually best used daily, as it can really repair and nourish dry strands throughout the day. Pair with the Tetrapeptide & Ginseng Hair and Scalp Serum for best results over time.
Can I use this brush on other parts of my body?
Yes, you can scrape from the top of your scalp all the way down the nape of your neck to your shoulders for a soothing massage. Please do not use it on the face and avoid the eye area at all times.
How do I clean this brush?
Do not rinse under running water. Wipe gently with the included chemical-free cleaning cloth (or a damp cotton facial cloth). Please do not use non-Snow Fox polishing cloths as these contain chemicals that may react with the gold plating. There is also an add-on Gua Sha Brush Cleaning Kit that can help with stray hairs and dirt build up.
Will the needles lose their lustre?
Over time, as with any other gold-plated products, the gold will slowly wear off. Gold is a softer metal; and with daily use it is normal to find some discoloration of the needles. This doesn't affect product use or quality at all, as the needles are blend of steel and 24K gold plating.

Every part of this brush was made by hand, by a traditional brushmaker specializing in crafting each component. For example, the rubber is sourced raw from premium rubber trees, hand mixed, poured and set before being cut into oval bases for pinning. The needles are made from a proprietary blend that belongs to one single family - who has been creating their signature long brush needles for generations.
Will the brush pull hair?
No, for thicker or frizzier hair, spray with the Tetrapeptide And Ginseng Hair & Scalp Serum first and start with light pressure and gentle, slow strokes to avoid tugging.
Can I use hair serum first?
Yes, apply the Tetrapeptide And Ginseng Hair & Scalp Serum and brush to distribute.
Can I use the bar on my face?
Yes! Our haircare bars are suitable for use for hair, scalp, face and body. In addition, our All-In-One Hair, Face, Beard & Body Bar is also suitable for use with beards and facial hair.
Do I need to use any hair conditioner?
There is no need, these bars are formulated to replace your shampoo and conditioner, as well as your body wash.
What if I am allergic to nuts?
Our shampoo & conditioner bars contain Argan Oil and Almond Oil so they may not be suitable for you.
Is the bar suitable for daily washing?
Yes, these are gentle enough for daily use, although we recommend washing your hair every second day.
