Limited Lifetime Brush Warranty

Important meaning of ‘lifetime’: This warranty lasts for the serviceable life of the originally purchased brush model or edition—not for the lifetime of the purchaser. ‘Serviceable life’ is defined in Section 3.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Snow Fox Gua Sha Brushes are handcrafted tools designed for long-term personal use. Spa Monkeys LLC (doing business as Snow Fox Skincare) provides the following Limited Lifetime Warranty for eligible functional defects in materials or workmanship, subject to all terms below.

 

1. WHO AND WHAT IS ELIGIBLE

1.1. The brush must have been purchased new directly from www.snowfoxskincare.com on or after August 25th, 2026.

1.2. Coverage applies to the original purchaser or to the first recipient of a brush purchased as a genuine gift, provided valid proof of purchase is supplied.

1.3. Coverage is limited to personal, household use. It does not cover professional, salon, clinic, rental, resale or other commercial use.

1.4. A gift recipient becomes the covered owner. Coverage cannot later be transferred through resale, exchange, donation or another gift.

1.5. Brushes purchased from a retailer, distributor, regional Snow Fox website, marketplace or other seller are governed by that seller’s applicable warranty and consumer-law obligations.

1.6. Seconds, ‘Less Than Perfect’ items, samples, testers, promotional giveaways and pre-owned brushes are excluded unless a written warranty was expressly offered on that item at the time of sale.

Acceptable proof of purchase may include an order confirmation, receipt or other verifiable order record showing the qualifying seller, product and purchase date. For gifts, Snow Fox may request the purchaser’s name, email address or order number solely to verify the transaction.

 

2. WHAT IS COVERED

A defect in materials or workmanship that arises during normal, intended personal use and materially impairs the brush’s ordinary brushing function may qualify for repair or replacement. Examples that may qualify, subject to inspection, include abnormal structural failure of the brush body/handle, cushion or needles caused by a manufacturing defect rather than external damage, wear, misuse or improper care.

First six months: An issue reported within six months after the purchase date will be assessed as an initial product-defect claim. If the claim passes preliminary evidence review, Snow Fox will cover reasonable standard return shipping, inspection and standard outbound shipping. This does not convert the warranty into a refund or satisfaction guarantee.

An eligible issue reported after six months will be assessed under this Limited Lifetime Warranty and is subject to the USD $28 shipping and handling fee in Section 8.

 

3. HOW LONG COVERAGE LASTS

Coverage begins on the original purchase date and continues only for the serviceable life of the originally purchased brush model or edition. For this warranty, the serviceable life lasts while that same model or edition remains available for sale and Snow Fox can reasonably obtain the components, tools and artisan support required to repair it or provide the same replacement model or edition.

A temporary out-of-stock status does not, by itself, mean that a model has reached the end of its serviceable life. Snow Fox will determine in good faith whether the model or edition has been discontinued or can no longer reasonably be serviced.

If repair or same-model replacement is no longer possible because the model or edition has been discontinued or necessary parts or artisan services are unavailable, contractual repair and replacement coverage ends. Snow Fox may, as a discretionary goodwill alternative and not as a cash refund, offer product credit of up to USD $100 toward another Snow Fox Gua Sha Brush. Any non-waivable remedy required by applicable law remains unaffected.

 

4. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

4.1. Normal wear, aging or cosmetic change, including scratches, dents, surface marks, patina, discoloration, fading, minor finish wear or other appearance changes that do not materially impair normal brushing function.

4.2. Natural fading or wear of genuine 24K gold plating, regardless of when it occurs.

4.3. Accidental or external damage, including dropping, impact, crushing, bending, excessive force, pet damage, travel damage after delivery, fire, flood or other external events.

4.4. Misuse; use for an unintended purpose; neglect; improper cleaning, storage or maintenance; or failure to follow Snow Fox’s published care and use instructions.

4.5. Damage caused by prolonged moisture, soaking, harsh chemicals, excessive heat, direct sunlight, extreme humidity or other unsuitable environmental conditions.

4.6. Unauthorized repair, replating, alteration, disassembly or modification.

4.7. Loss, theft, counterfeit products, removed or altered identifying information, or inability to return the originally claimed brush.

4.8. Personal preference, sensory response, scalp sensitivity or dissatisfaction with the stated stimulation level.

4.9. Natural or handcrafted variations that do not materially impair function, including variations in timber grain, tone, color, finish, cushion appearance, needle spacing or alignment, and placement or appearance of the airflow pinhole.

4.10. A defect or damage already disclosed before purchase, including a disclosed imperfection on a ‘Less Than Perfect’ item.

 

5. INTENTIONAL DESIGN CHARACTERISTICS

Airflow pinhole
Every Snow Fox Gua Sha Brush includes an intentional, hand-pierced airflow pinhole in the rubber cushion. The pinhole regulates airflow, elasticity and pressure during brushing. Its position and appearance may vary slightly because it is hand-pierced. It is not a missing needle, puncture or manufacturing defect.

Stimulation level
Each brush model is intentionally designed to provide a particular level of scalp pressure and stimulation. Individual comfort and sensitivity vary. A brush feeling firmer or gentler than personally preferred is not a defect. Customers should review the product’s stated stimulation level and, if helpful, complete the Snow Fox Gua Sha Brush Quiz before purchasing.

 

6. GOLD REPLATING AND MAINTENANCE

Natural fading of genuine 24K gold plating is expected with regular use and does not affect ordinary brush function. Gold replating is a separate, optional paid maintenance service and is not warranty service.

• Compact size brushes: USD $30

These maintenance prices are current as of this policy’s effective date and may change prospectively. Service availability depends on model, parts, location and shipping feasibility. Shipping, handling, taxes and duties are additional. Maintenance or replating does not renew, restart or extend warranty coverage and does not count as a warranty repair or replacement.

 

7. HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

1. Contact Snow Fox Support before sending the brush. Use the Warranty Claims Form. Do not send an unapproved return.
2. Provide proof of purchase, your name and contact information, the order number if available, a brief description of the issue, clear photographs, and a short continuous video showing the full brush and the alleged defect from different angles.
3. Complete any reasonable verification step requested by Snow Fox. For example, Snow Fox may ask you to display a case-specific claim code in the video or to demonstrate the functional issue without editing or image manipulation.
4. Wait for preliminary review. Photos, video or a return authorization do not constitute final warranty approval. Snow Fox must inspect the returned brush before making the final coverage decision.
5. If the claim passes preliminary review, return the complete original brush within 30 days using the issued return authorization and instructions. The brush must be clean, dry and safely packaged. Unauthorized, incomplete, unsafe or contaminated returns may be refused to the extent permitted by law.
6. Snow Fox will inspect the brush and notify you whether the issue is covered and which remedy will be provided. Snow Fox may request additional information reasonably necessary to complete the assessment.

Mandatory return: The originally claimed brush must be returned for every warranty claim. Failure to return it, substituting another brush, or submitting a duplicate claim for the same unresolved issue will result in denial or closure of the claim, subject to applicable law.

 

8. SHIPPING, HANDLING AND INSPECTION

Claims made within six months
For a potentially covered issue reported within six months of purchase, Snow Fox will provide a prepaid standard return label where available and will cover inspection and one standard outbound shipment. If a prepaid label is unavailable in the customer’s location, the customer must obtain written shipping instructions before sending the brush; Snow Fox will arrange or reimburse reasonable pre-authorized standard return costs upon receipt of valid documentation.

Claims made after six months
For a claim that passes preliminary review after six months, a USD $28 shipping and handling fee applies to the authorized warranty return. The fee covers one Snow Fox-provided standard return label where available, inspection, and one standard outbound shipment—either the repaired or replacement brush, or the original brush if the claim is not approved after physical inspection. The fee is not a purchase price refund and is non-refundable once the return label has been used or inspection has begun, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

The customer is responsible for secure packaging, expedited shipping requested by the customer, unapproved shipping methods, address-correction costs, customs charges, import duties, taxes and remote-area surcharges unless applicable law requires Snow Fox to bear those costs. Snow Fox is not responsible for a return shipped without authorization or contrary to its instructions.

Mandatory consumer-law exception: No warranty fee or shipping term limits a customer’s separate statutory rights. Where applicable law requires a no-cost repair, replacement, refund, reimbursement of reasonable return costs or another remedy, that law controls and Snow Fox will waive or reimburse charges as required.

 

9. INSPECTION AND WARRANTY REMEDY

Snow Fox will make a reasonable coverage determination after reviewing the submitted evidence and, where required, physically inspecting the returned brush. If the claim is covered, Snow Fox will choose, in its reasonable discretion, to:

• repair the eligible brush; or
• replace it with a new brush of the same model or edition, subject to availability.

A repaired brush may include functionally equivalent components that vary slightly in color, grain, finish or other non-functional handcrafted characteristics. Warranty service is intended to restore ordinary brush function. It does not guarantee an exact cosmetic match.

The contractual warranty does not provide a cash refund. If repair and same-model replacement are unavailable, Section 3 applies. Nothing in this paragraph limits a refund, price reduction or other remedy required by non-waivable law.

If Snow Fox supplies a replacement brush or product credit, the returned brush becomes the property of Snow Fox and will not be returned. If Snow Fox repairs the brush, the repaired brush will be returned to the covered owner. If the claim is denied after inspection, Snow Fox will explain the reason and return the original brush in accordance with Section 8, unless the customer authorizes disposal in writing or return is prohibited for safety reasons.

 

10. REPLACEMENT LIMIT AND CONTINUING COVERAGE

Each originally purchased qualifying brush is eligible for a maximum of three approved warranty replacements. The limit is tied to the original brush and its original order line—not to the customer account. Approved repairs do not count against this replacement limit unless Snow Fox supplies a replacement brush.

Repair or replacement does not create a new warranty, reset the replacement count, restart or extend the warranty period, or change the model whose serviceable life controls coverage. Every repaired or replacement brush remains covered only under the original warranty record and for the remainder of the serviceable life applicable to the originally purchased model or edition. Coverage for that original brush ends after the third approved replacement.

 

11. DUPLICATE, ALTERED OR FRAUDULENT CLAIMS

Snow Fox records claims against the original order line and brush warranty history. Only one active claim may be processed for the same brush at a time. Snow Fox may deny a duplicate claim or a claim supported by materially false, substituted, manipulated or misleading evidence. Snow Fox may request original media files, a continuous verification video, a case-specific code, the physical brush and other reasonable evidence needed to verify authenticity. This section does not remove any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

 

12. STATUTORY RIGHTS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is an additional contractual benefit. It does not replace, restrict or exclude any non-waivable consumer right, implied warranty or statutory remedy available under the law applicable to the purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spa Monkeys LLC will not be liable under this warranty for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, a brush. Some States and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State and from one country, province or territory to another.

No informal dispute-settlement mechanism is required as a condition of seeking warranty service. Any dispute not resolved through Snow Fox Support is subject to the applicable Snow Fox website Terms of Service, except to the extent mandatory local law provides otherwise.

 

13. POLICY VERSION, CHANGES AND SEVERABILITY

The warranty version made available for the qualifying brush on its purchase date governs that brush. Snow Fox may change this policy prospectively for later purchases. A later change will not reduce coverage already promised for an earlier qualifying purchase, unless the change is required by law; Snow Fox may apply a later change that improves coverage.

If any provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
