FAQ: Snowy Jade Facial Roller

What's the difference between the Facial Roller and Gua Sha?
Both the Facial Roller and Gua Sha can be used to massage, de-stress and de-puff the face while speeding up product absorption, however the Gua Sha can also be used to "scrape" across lymphatic points under the chin, along the neck and shoulders. A Gua Sha can also be used on the body, whereas Facial Rollers were traditionally made for the face and neck only. Facial Rollers are traditionally used cold, while Gua Shas are warmed up for massage.

How often should I use this Facial Roller?
We recommend facial rolling on top of a sheet mask 2 to 3 times a week, however it is totally find to use it daily with or without a serum or facial oil.

Why is my Snowy Jade Roller not solid white?
Please note that we do not artificially color or dye our crystals, meaning that there will be natural color variations or other imperfections in the stone. No two pieces will look perfectly identical as these are hand carved out of naturally formed blocks of jade stone. We do not use "mutton" jade, which is a cheaper alternative to authentic white Jade. Mutton Jade is solid white with a yellower tinge, while authentic white jade is snowy and has some translucency.

Is this product safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
Yes!
