Our journey
Founded in 2016
Inspired by her own battle with inflammatory rosacea, Phoebe launched Snow Fox Skincare in Australia as a professional line for sensitive skin, starting with just three products. With formulas led by a TCM expert and Lead Chemist in Taiwan, the focus was set to calm inflammation and address discoloration without harsh chemicals.
Extraordinary Results
Within years, Snow Fox grew through word-of-mouth - driven by visible, fast results across all skin types. Demand expanded the line, with production in Taiwan, Japan and locally in Australia with native botanicals, and placed our skin and hair care line in retailers, clinics, spas, and salons for post treatment and sensitive skin care.
Intentional, Functional Beauty
In 2021, as mass, fast-fashion beauty surged, our team decided to go the opposite direction, working with elderly artisans in Taiwan, to craft our first Gua Sha Brush. Early reception was quiet, but results eventually grew sales, helping revive a fading artisanal craft. Our Gua Sha Brushes help transform modern haircare rituals.
