"I'm anemic and have noticed a boost in energy, but have been taking it almost daily as I'm too lazy to take Vitamins and a bunch of pills. I like that this has a good vitamin and essential minerals profile; more like a multi vitamin drink with added iron (which I need so badly). Mixes well with oatmilk and doesnt clump. Taste is lovely, not bitter or muddy. Quite light, not exactly like full chocolate though."
"I take it in the morning sometimes because I forget the night before, but did feel a nice boost even though it says its for night time. Helps with my overall mood and didn't feel as tired as I usually do during my period. I did continue taking it for about three days after my period finished and also noticed that I sleep better."
