How often should I use this mask?

While our masks are suitable for every day use, we recommend starting off 2 to 3 times a week. The Arctic Breeze Rescue Mask is fantastic for travel as it works wonders on tired, after-sun or jet lagged skin.

Any Sheet Masking Tips and Tricks?

Place in fridge beforehand to make it EVEN colder (ie. after a hot day at the beach). Use a Rose Quartz Facial Roller on top of the sheet mask to speed up absorption time and amplify benefits. This formula is designed to provide instant, fast acting relief, with visible results with just one use.

How many times should I use this cleanser? What if I have very dry skin?

For oily skin, wash twice a day, morning and evening. For normal / combination skin, use once in evening after removing make up. For extremely dry skin types (with flaking, redness and tightness), we do not suggest any cleanser except for natural oils as the skin barrier may already be compromised.

I heard there's ways to "Hack" this cleanser?

We suggest using a make up remover or cleansing oil to remove makeup first, before using the foam as a second cleanse. However, if you use our cleanser with our Snow Fox bamboo pads, the cleanser and the pad works together to effectively remove make up without needing a second cleanse. Try it out and see for yourself!

If I am allergic to ginseng, can I use the Omega Repair Cream?

The formula uses ginseng root extract, so we suggest those with natural allergies to ginseng choose other products in our range.

How long do I have to use the Omega Repair Cream to see results?

We recommend using it twice a day for at least 30 days as it takes time for your skin to restore its natural defenses.*
